Automation. Less manual data entry.
We build automation between your website, email, CRM and other business systems. Transfer enquiries, update records and trigger tasks under agreed rules, so your team does not have to re-enter the same data.
Start with a recurring action and the systems involved. We check their integration options and define what should happen when data is missing or a connection fails.
Automation depends on API access, platform limits and the rules agreed for each system. This is an illustrative workflow.
Automation for everyday data transfers.
Look for actions that follow clear rules: send a form to CRM, notify a colleague after a status change or transfer an order to another system. The integration must support the required data and actions.
Website enquiries
Pass validated form details to CRM and assign a task to the responsible team member. Agree which fields are required before the workflow starts.
Orders and customer data
Transfer WooCommerce order data to accounting, stock management or CRM where supported. Define how order changes and cancellations are handled.
Email and notifications
Trigger an email or reminder after an agreed event. Add conditions so the same notification is not sent unnecessarily.
Documents and records
Use approved templates and structured data to prepare a document or record. Check mandatory fields before sending it for review.
CRM workflows
Create a task or notification after a status change. Restrict each action to the relevant stage and responsible team.
Data synchronisation
Keep selected fields aligned across systems. Agree which system is the source of truth and how conflicting updates should be resolved.
A recurring task with clear inputs and rules is a good starting point for automation.
Automation can prepare the data and create a task while leaving approval to an employee. Not every stage has to run without a person.

Automation from one action to a workflow.
Choose a scope you can test and maintain. A small automation should have the same clear rules for errors, access and responsibility as a larger workflow.
Simple automation
One event triggers one agreed action, with validation before execution.
Connected workflow
Several actions run in sequence across systems. Define what happens if one stage fails so later stages do not proceed with incomplete data.
Automation with AI processing
Add AI only where text needs interpretation. Validate the output before it triggers a record change or another important action.
How we build reliable automation.
Before development, we document the trigger, required fields, destination and exceptions. This makes the workflow easier to test and gives your team a clear reference for maintenance.
Automation needs clear rules and supported connections.
A process is easier to automate when the same event leads to the same action and the required data is available. Confirm the exceptions before choosing a tool.
Which task do you repeat? Show us the steps.
Send the trigger, the systems involved and the desired result. We will assess integration options and propose a scope for the first automation.
Which systems can you connect?
Websites, WordPress, WooCommerce, CRM, email and other tools where suitable APIs or connectors are available. We confirm supported fields and actions before agreeing on the integration.
Do you use Make or Zapier?
Where suitable, yes. We compare supported integrations, task limits, recurring charges and maintenance needs with a custom integration before choosing the approach.
Does automation require AI?
No. Automation based on fixed rules often needs no AI. AI is an optional step for tasks such as interpreting text, and its output still needs validation.
What happens if a connection fails?
We agree error handling during development: notifications, appropriate retries and checks against duplicate actions where supported. Someone should be responsible for unresolved errors after launch.
Can you automate an existing process?
Yes, where the current tools support the required connections. We assess the process first; replacing the whole system is not automatically necessary.
Can the workflow be changed later?
Usually, within the limits of the connected systems. Changes need testing, especially when they affect fields, permissions or the sequence of actions.
How much does automation cost?
The estimate depends on systems, steps, exceptions and testing. We identify platform subscriptions and usage charges separately from development and maintenance.
