SPECIALISATION

WordPress and WooCommerce

We build company websites, service pages and online stores. Their structure, content and features are planned around the project requirements.

EXISTING WEBSITES

Improvements and maintenance

We assess technical issues, fix errors and make the agreed improvements. You can also contact us about a website built by another developer.

INTEGRATIONS

Connecting your systems

We connect websites to payment providers, shipping services, CRM and other tools where a suitable API or supported connector is available.

BEFORE LAUNCH

We check how the website works.

Checks depend on the project features: mobile layouts, navigation, forms, store orders and integrations. We fix identified issues before handing over the agreed work.

WORKING TOGETHER

How we work with clients

Before development, we agree on scope, cost and timing. Licences, third-party charges and ongoing maintenance are identified separately.

A clear brief

We establish who the website is for and what visitors need to do. We then list the pages and features the project requires.

Agreed scope

The proposal specifies the included work. Additional features and changes are agreed separately before we build them.

Clear costs

We explain which payments are one-off and which recur, including plugin licences, hosting and third-party tools.

Support after launch

Under a separate agreement, we provide updates, bug fixes, SEO work and additional features.

PROJECT HANDOVER

A website you can manage.

At handover, we agree on access, content management and ongoing support. You should know where your website is hosted and which services it needs to operate.

01Agreed administrator access and user permissions.

02Details of licences and third-party services.

03Guidance on editing the content you manage regularly.

04A defined scope of ongoing support, if you choose it.
