Common questions. Before store development starts.
Costs, timelines, products, integrations and support after launch. These answers help you prepare an initial project brief.
01 How do START, CARE and GROWTH differ? +
All models include the agreed store development. The difference is
the level of support and ongoing work after launch. START Development, launch and 60 days of technical support.
CARE START, 12 months of maintenance and up to 5 hours a month for agreed changes.
GROWTH CARE plus SEO, advertising and improvements defined in the proposal.
02 What does the 24-month model cover? Is it an instalment plan? +
This model includes development and ongoing services. We build the store first, then provide the maintenance and improvements specified in the contract. We agree the fixed fee, workload and 24-month terms before signing. The model is more than dividing the development price into instalments.
03 How much does online store development cost? +
The cost depends on the catalogue, design, languages and required features. Product variations, imports and ERP connections add work. Send product examples, an approximate product count and your target markets so we can prepare a proposal. Licences, hosting and provider fees are listed separately.
04 How long does online store development take? +
Online store development follows a schedule agreed after reviewing the scope. Timing depends on product data and images, design approval, integrations and payment account activation. The plan sets out the main stages and the materials your team needs to provide.
05 Do I need a complete technical specification? +
No. Start with what you sell, who your customers are and how you process orders. Add your preferred languages, countries and examples of required features. We help define the catalogue, shipping, payments and integrations before setting the scope.
06 Do I have to add all the products myself? +
Not necessarily. Online store development can include product entry or import within the agreed scope. For imports, we review the file structure, images, categories and variations. We can add sample products and train your team to maintain the catalogue.
07 Can we manage the store after launch? +
Yes. Online store development includes a handover with admin access. WooCommerce lets you manage products, prices, stock and order statuses. We demonstrate these tasks at handover. Technical updates and more complex changes are separate work that you can assign to us or your own team.
08 Do you connect payments and shipping? +
Yes. Online store development can include payment and shipping connections. We select services for your countries and shipping methods and specify them in the proposal. You need your own provider account and, where required, a contract. Once connected, we check rate calculation, order data and notifications using the agreed test procedure.
09 Can online store development cover several markets? +
Yes. Online store development for several markets includes planning language versions, shipping countries and suitable payment options. Translation work, language plugin licences and extra integrations are specified in the proposal. Tax and trading settings follow the information you approve.
10 Can you connect the store to CRM, ERP or inventory software? +
Feasibility depends on the API, access and required data. We review product, stock, customer and order exchange before quoting. We agree which system is the data source, how often updates run and how errors are reported.
11 What does online store development include for SEO and analytics? +
We agree indexing settings, category and product URLs, metadata and analytics events. Ongoing content optimisation, SEO and advertising management after launch are not automatically included in development. They are planned within the selected support model or a separate proposal.
12 Can you improve an existing WooCommerce store? +
Yes. We review the current setup first and identify what can be retained. Work may cover design, speed, catalogue, checkout or integrations. If a rebuild is needed, we separately plan how to preserve products, orders and URLs.
13 What support is available after launch? +
START provides 60 days of technical support. CARE covers 12 months of maintenance; GROWTH and E-COMMERCE PARTNER also include agreed improvement work. The contract defines the scope, hours and costs. Daily product and order management stays with your team unless otherwise agreed.
